Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where our service is disrupted, and we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Please note that we do not offer any warranty and will not provide refunds in the event of such disruptions.

Billing

Stream Play TV in an one time pay service and there are no anual billing options for the service. You pay and you play period. There are no refund periods or cancellations. Once this service is activated on your device, it is activated with no further billing periods. Any other charges is strickly for device expansion and maitenance.

Termination

Please note that we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately and without prior notice, if you breach the terms of use. We take this action only as a last resort, but we want to ensure that our services remain reliable and accessible for all of our customers. If you have any questions about our policies or the termination of your service, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Changes In Services

We may need to make changes in our services from time to time to improve your streaming experience. We reserve the right to modify or replace our terms and policies at any time, and by continuing to use our service, you agree to be bound by these revisions. We value your patronage and will work hard to maintain your trust in our streaming services.

Activation Of Services

When you purchase Stream Play TV for $99.99 your TV services will have 2 activation keys only! (We have tested this system again and again, so there is no "The key did not work!" Or "Ohh I put it on the wrong TV." In other words there is no gaming the activation process.) These keys will only activate the service for your device(s) you put them on so, please make sure they are on the device(s) you want them to be on... Once activated it's a permanent activation on that device.

Purchasing Extra Keys or Replacement Activation Keys

Clients needing to activate more than 2 devices can purchase extra pass keys for $29.99 per device (Client may purchase up to 3 more activation keys) If the extra key is for an replacement device or the client has reset their device the charge is $19.99 per device (There are no exceptions nor special circumstances for this, you will be charged! The system does not mysteriously logs you out because this is done deep in the app settings so so not clear data or mess with the settings on your device) Client will only be allowed to purchase two replacement keys. If client needs a replacement key for the third time it will be treated as an new device and client will pay the new activation price of $99.99
