All Veho TV LLC products are internet-based and access to the internet is required to use the features and services. It is suggested that you have a minimum available bandwidth of 100 Mbits/sec or more for best performance.

Veho TV does not admin nor host any content that is streamed. Veho TV is a seller of digital network boxes and market place. All premium subscriptions paid are for access to content on smart boxes, smart TV's, personael computers and streaming devices are exclusively hosted by other providers. All services that you add to your device (s) are at your discretion. The owner (s) of the streaming application(s) is responsible for their functions on your device.

Please note that we do not offer any warranty and will not provide refunds or pro-ration in the event of such disruptions.

Billing

At VEHO TV, we make it easy for you to access all your favorite content with just a few clicks. Our automatic payment system ensures that you never miss a payment, and there are no hidden fees or surprises. However, if you ever wish to cancel your service, simply log in to your account and terminate your payment. At the end of your billing cycle, your services will be terminated, and no further charges will be made.

Termination

Please note that we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately and without prior notice, if you breach the terms of use. We take this action only as a last resort, but we want to ensure that our services remain reliable and accessible for all of our customers. Changes In Services

As a leading streaming service, VEHO TV is committed to providing the best possible user experience. We may need to make changes in our services from time to time to improve your streaming experience. We reserve the right to modify or replace our terms and policies at any time, and by continuing to use our service, you agree to be bound by these revisions. We value your patronage and will work hard to maintain your trust in our streaming services.

Return Policy On Physical Items

You may return your new Veho TV Network box(es) or products purchased from us within 30 days of purchase. Equipment must be returned with all original packing, accessories and in new condition, as you received the order or no refund will be given and products will be shipped back to you.

After the 30 day exchange period, your Veho TV Network Box(es) has a 1-year extension that specifically covers software defects, hardware failures, and power surges.

Defective Veho TV Network TV Box(es) or other products sold on the Veho TV LLC website within the 30 day period will be exchanged for a new replacement. If the replacement(s) does not work, then the customer may return products for a full refund.
