We would like to take a moment to address an issue concerning the Sports On-Demand Replay section of My Cinema House Video Club.
We understand that some of our sporting events, pay-per-view broadcasts, and other sports replays have not been updated as consistently or as promptly as expected. For that, we sincerely apologize.
Unfortunately, our previous sports replay source was no longer meeting the standards of reliability and consistency that we expect for our customers. Rather than continue with a source that was not delivering the experience we promised, we made the decision to move to a new sports replay source for My Cinema House Video Club.
What Does This Mean for Our Members?
Moving forward, our goal is to make My Cinema House Video Club your destination for catching up on the sporting events you missed.
Whether it's a major boxing match, UFC event, professional wrestling pay-per-view, football game, basketball matchup, or another featured sporting event, our updated Sports On-Demand section is designed to make those replays available as early as the following day.
No more worrying about missing a major event simply because you couldn't watch it live.
