My Simply TV Max Core Return & Warranty Policy

30-Day Return Policy
Your My Simply TV Max Core is eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The device must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the unit is returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition, it will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.

Defective Equipment Within the 30-Day Period
Defective units may be returned within the 30-day period for a replacement device at no cost. If the replacement device does not resolve the issue, you may return the device for a full refund, provided it is returned in new condition with original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.

2-Year Limited Warranty
After the initial 30-day period, your My Simply TV Max Core is covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defective operation and damage caused by power surges. Defective units will be replaced at no cost to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping the defective unit to us.

Please note: This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Out-of-Warranty Replacements
If your Core is outside the warranty period or has physical or liquid damage, you may return the defective product and purchase a replacement at a discounted price:
