Veho TV LLC including its products are not a part nor has any affiliation with Emby, Plex, Kodi, XBMC, or any other software. streaming service nor ISP provider.

All Veho TV LLC products are internet-based and access to the internet is required to use the features and services. It is suggested that you have a minimum available bandwidth of 25 Mbits/sec or more for best performance.

Veho TV LLC premium services are monthly paid services that provide live and on-demand streams from many different countries in HD & 4K (Where Available). Streams come from multiple sources not provided by Veho TV LLC.

Veho TV does not admin nor host any content that is streamed. Veho TV is a seller of digital network boxes and access to content on boxes. All premium subscriptions paid are for access to content on boxes exclusively offered by other providers. All services that you add to your My Simply TV Box are at the customer's discretion and the owner of the streaming application(s) is responsible for their functions on our device.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms, Terms of Service") carefully before using any services through Veho TV LLC ("us", "we", or "our" "Company")

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services. By accessing or using the services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms you may not access any of the services offered through Veho TV LLC.

Reliability Note:

Due to the nature of streaming, we can not guarantee 100% uptime and no warranty is supplied. We strive to maintain a quality service, but at times there are situations out of our control. No refunds or pro-ration will be made if any of the services through Veho TV are disrupted. Access to the content may vary and we may add or remove content at any time without notice.

Connections:

Your account is limited to the number of connections paid to based on your subscription. Your connection(s) to Veho TV services are tied to your specific device(s) IP and location is not a factor. Any account that is found in violation of the above-mentioned connection terms will be terminated with no refunds or compensation.

Billing:

No statement will be mailed and all payments are on automatic payment. It is up to the account holder to be aware of their account status and due date. If you wish to be taken off auto pay simply log into your account and terminate your payment and at the end of your billing cycle your services will be terminated and no further charges will be made.

Accounts:

To create an account with Veho TV LLC you will need to create one on this website under the member login tab in the top left corner of the Veho TV LLC home page. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the service(s), they cannot order services without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Termination:

We may terminate or suspend access to services only offered through Veho TV LLC immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of use.

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms at any time if a revision is made. By reading this disclaimer you understand and agree to the terms of use.

Refund policy

You may return your new Veho TV Network box(es) or products purchased from us within 30 days of purchase. Equipment must be returned with all original packing, accessories and in new condition, as you received the order or no refund will be given and products will be shipped back to you.

After the 30 day exchange period, your Veho TV Network Box(es) has a 1-year extension that specifically covers software defects, hardware failures, and power surges.

Defective Veho TV Network TV Box(es) or other products sold on the Veho TV LLC website within the 30 day period will be exchanged for a new replacement. If the replacement(s) does not work, then the customer may return products for a full refund.

The monthly streaming IPTV & VOD access charges for services are non-refundable. Before ordering services make sure that you have an available internet bandwidth connection of 25 Mbits/sec. and or is a stable and compatible audio and video device (for example 4K monitor for 4K content or a Dolby sound system to hear Dolby audio).  Only in exceptional circumstances, a refund may be given for streaming IPTV & VOD access which is entirely at the discretion of Veho TV LLC.
